With over twenty years in Human Resources, I have developed a profound interest in how individuals grow and advance in their careers. I have always been inspired by the stories of personal and professional development I’ve encountered along the way.

 

Several years ago, I seized the opportunity to document these inspiring journeys. What started as job-related vlog videos on LinkedIn quickly gained traction, fueling my enthusiasm and leading to on-camera interviews with sales teams, authors, and industry leaders. Each conversation has provided valuable insights and enriched my appreciation for the myriad paths to success.

 

In addition, I have had the honor of serving as the Social Media Director for a local youth sports team. This volunteer role immersed me in live commentary and content creation, allowing me to engage with the community and share dynamic content.
